Will this conflict with our Klaviyo, SMS, or email flows?
No. Phone is a separate channel and customers respond to it differently. We call after your automated flows have done their work, on the lapsed contacts your flows didn't recover. If anything, you'll get better attribution because the order is logged against the call.
Is this TCPA and DNC compliant?
Yes. Phone outreach is governed by TCPA and the federal DNC registry. We work from your existing customer phone numbers (collected at checkout), respect DNC, document consent, and honor opt-outs immediately. Every call is recorded and reviewable. We do not send marketing email, so CAN-SPAM is not part of our footprint.

How does pricing work for ecommerce?
Same as everywhere else on the site. Month-to-month: 25% of net recovered revenue (4x ROI, cancel anytime). Annual: 20% (5x ROI, 12-month commitment). $0 upfront, $0 setup. We only get paid when lapsed buyers we contacted actually purchase again inside the attribution window. Refunds and chargebacks are excluded.
What counts as a "recovered" ecommerce customer?
A previously lapsed buyer (no purchase in the agreed lookback window, typically 90+ days for non-subscription, 30+ days post-cancellation for subscription) who we contacted and who places a qualifying order inside the attribution window. We track every call and every order timestamp. Refunds, chargebacks, repeat purchases from active customers, and orders from contacts we did not call are all excluded.
